Structure planning workshops

These workshops were designed to support the Quality Planning Structure Planning Guidance Note and covered:

  • what is structure planning;
  • how to prepare and implement a structure plan, and
  • the key components of a structure plan including urban design/landscape and engineering.

 

Case studies with a mix of seminars and practical exercises including creating a new urban area ensured the workshops were relevant with a hands-on approach to structure planning.
