RMA Administrator/Technician training

This two-day training course is held in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland, in association with the SOLGM Business School.  The course was developed in response to feedback on the RMA Hearings Administrator training.

The course focused on: building a better understanding of RMA processes; administration (filing and record keeping to meet RMA requirements); customer service ethic; as well as promoting personal development and good practice. It was aimed at both experienced practitioners and those new to such roles, encouraging participation and career development, and providing opportunities for networking.
