RMA Hearing Administrator training

This two-day training course is held in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland, in association with the SOLGM Business School.

The course focuses on: building RMA hearings administration capacity within councils; teaching the skills and principles required; helping those involved see the bigger picture; promoting better understanding of the process and personal skills that make the hearings process work; encouraging participation and career development; and updating good practice requirements.

The course is designed to update and refresh the skills of experienced hearings administrators, as well as teach skills to staff new to the role.
