Board of Inquiry decision on request for adjournment of the Inquiry Hearing

The Board of Inquiry released its decision on the adjournment request lodged by Counsel, on behalf of Robert McQueen on 3 March 2008.
The memorandum of counsel (PDF 1.5 MB) was lodged on 8 February 2008 and a further memorandum of counsel (PDF 333 KB) lodged on 15 February 2008.
In its decision the Board has amended the pre-hearing timetable, details of this are available on the Hearing webpage.
Submitters who had indicated they wished to be heard were advised of the adjournment request and on 11 February sent a copy of the Minute prepared by DFG Sheppard, Chairperson for the Board of Inquiry, requesting they inform the Board in writing of their attitude to the postponement request by 4.00 Friday 22 February 2008.
