Environmental, Economic and Social Impacts of Irrigation in the Mackenzie Basin

This report assesses the environmental, economic and social impacts of allocating to irrigation in the Mackenzie Basin an amount of water that matches the provisions in the now defunct 1969 Order in Council. It does not include an assessment of the economic, social and cultural impacts of any environmental changes.
