The written report provides information about the types and location of recreation and tourism activity that is supported by or associated with water bodies within the Waitaki Catchment. It is a companion document to Waitaki Catchment Recreation and Tourism Activities - GIS Report: collation, synthesis and presentation of existing studies.
The report collates existing information and personal accounts by people with an interest in recreation and tourism within the catchment. The significance of the activity and future trends in relation to the activities are provided were possible.
