Urban Amenity Indicators: The liveability of our urban environments

This paper is the first draft of a technical paper, which will form the basis of work on the development of national urban amenity indicators for New Zealand. The draft report suggests an approach to developing national urban amenity indicators and some possible urban amenity indicators to the Ministry for the Environment and local authorities.
