Land: Review of international literature, draft framework & indicators

This report reviews international indicator development (focusing on land), the indicator needs of local authorities, available indicator data bases, the potential of past and current research to contribute, international and trade implications and communication needs. The report then outlines the development of a potential framework for national environmental indicators for land and some possible core indicators.
