This manual provides training on use, transportation, storage and disposal of hazardous substances under the HSNO Act 1996. This version of the manual replaces an earlier version (February 2002) which was funded by the Sustainable Management Fund. This version has been updated with changes to the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 and the Resource Management Act 1991.
