Oceans Policy Stocktake

The Oceans Policy Secretariat contracted Gerard Willis (Enfocus Ltd), Jane Gunn (URS New Zealand) and David Hill (Hill Young Cooper Ltd) to undertake a stock take of New Zealand’s existing legislation, policies, and strategies - and the international conventions that New Zealand is a party to.
