Warm Homes Technical Report: Social Drivers: Phase 2 Report

This report investigates the social drivers behind householders' decisions on home heating, insulation and appliance choice. It should be read in conjunction with the Phase 1 report which outlines the policy context of the project, in particular the National Environmental Standard for Air Quality and the National Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy.
