This report summarise submissions to the New Zealand government on the discussion paper, Measures to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions in New Zealand Post-2012.
The report results from a detailed analysis of submissions that were received during the consultation period between December 2006 and March 2007.
The feedback provided in submissions has been considered by Ministers and officials and is being used to develop climate change policies. This includes consideration of a New Zealand emissions trading scheme.
