Emissions Trading Scheme Transport Fuels Technical Advisory Group Expert Advisory

The Transport Fuels Technical Advisory Group (TF TAG) requested expert advice from Hale & Twomey in the form of recommendations to a number of issues that came out of the first meeting of the TF TAG and to issues raised in Emissions Trading Bulletin No. 2. This report contains those recommendations.
