Foreshore and seabed

What it means for local government
The Resource Management (Foreshore and Seabed) Amendment Act 2004 brochure is designed as a guide for council and resource management practitioners to explain changes to the Resource Management Act 1991 as a result of the Resource Management (Foreshore and Seabed) Amendment Act 2004 and the Foreshore and Seabed Act 2004.
A presentation on the Resource Management (Foreshore and Seabed) Amendment Act 2004 was made at several workshops for local authority practitioners in January and February 2005.
